Bug fixes & improvements 💪🏼

  • Inbox: Filters are now persisted per inbox and per workspace, no need to re-select your filter every-time
  • Inbox: Multiple widgets modals can now be opened at the same time (for example one from Aircall / Ringover + and one from your own internal widget)
  • Inbox: It is now possible to see if a message was not delivered by our systems to a channel
  • Inbox: It is now possible to see the Internet Service Provider of users next to their IP address
  • Inbox: You can now mark a conversation as spam and route the conversation to the spam folder
  • Inbox: MagicReply performance has been improved for “Expand” and “Fix Grammar” action
  • Knowledge Base & Campaigns: Images can now be resized right from the text editor
  • Analytics: Analytics performance have been improved when opened across several tabs
  • Analytics: A new chart “Conversations Per Response Origin” has been added to understand where does the first responses come from: Bot, auto-respond or operators
  • Analytics: it’s now possible to view values and percentages in bar and treemap charts
  • Analytics: Improvements have been brought to the analytics count conversations’ data
  • Email: Emailing reputation metrics have been updated to include the number of mails sent from your inbox being marked as spam
  • Shortcuts: Shortcuts are now automatically synced as a data source to train your custom AI Agent
  • Bot: Fetching sources from the bot perspective has been improved
  • Automations: Filtering options have been added to the web crawling feature for AI enrichment
