Crisp IM SARL receives a realtime feed of spam reports from large email providers (eg. Hotmail, Gmail). Those spam reports contain a carbon copy of the email that was reported as spam. We will manually review each spam report, and take action if the Crisp emailing system is being abused for spammy marketing (eg. close customer accounts). Service fees will be directly charged for each abuse review (up to $100 per review), in the event that the reviewed email is a true spam. The customer agrees to fully pay for it. Those charges are not refundable. We will provide evidence of spam to the customer if requested, to justify our review charge.
Crisp is offering free and paid services. Premium plans (Crisp Pro and Crisp Unlimited) may be subject to fees. Fees are post-paid every 4th of the month. All Fees are non-refundable, i.e. there are no refunds or credits for periods where the Client did not use an activated Account, used it only partially, or deactivated the Account or terminated these Terms during an ongoing payment interval.
All Crisp plans come with a 14 days trial which can be canceled from https://app.crisp.chat/settings/plans/ by switching back to the free plan.
