After Shopify, we’re expanding our integrations to the WordPress ecosystem. WooCommerce is an e-commerce plugin for WordPress website and is the leading ecommerce CMS at the moment. Using Crisp Helpdesk for WooCommerce, you can view customers’ data right into Crisp and leverage the power of the Crisp platform to improve your customer’s experience. -
Send audio messages from the Crisp Widget 🗣
Audio messages are becoming more and more important in a large part of the world. To fit with this trend, we now allow users to send audio messages via our chatbox. Worried about scalability issues? Stay tuned, we might release a speech-to-text feature very soon. -
WhatsApp Business Platform is getting rid of the 1000 free business-initiated conversations 💸
Following price change applied by Meta starting the 1st of June, businesses have now to pay for each conversation they initiate outside of the 24-hours window. Previously, Meta offered 1000 user and business-initiated conversation for free. Business-initiated conversations are not free anymore. To prevent your WhatsApp conversation from stopping, contact the team at Crisp to add credits to your account. -

Bug fixes & improvements 💪🏼
- Inbox: Suggestions for segments and custom data are now commonized and consistent all around your Crisp Workspace
- Inbox: UI for audio recording has been improved and audio playback speed has been added to the Crisp Inbox
- Inbox: Crisp is now translated in Indonesian 🇮🇩
- Campaigns: You can now view the number of selected segments, clicking on it will cycle through them
- WooCommerce: The widget can now display customer orders even if the customer is not registered on the shops website
