  • New AI-Powered Block added to Crisp Bot Builder 🤖
    We’re excited to introduce the Message Intent Evaluation Action Block, a new feature designed to streamline how you evaluate the intent of user messages based on descriptions you set. This block includes common sample intents to help you get started and must be paired with a New User Message / User Message Matches block (like other AI blocks) and a Condition Block for Message Intent Matches to refine message routing. With this new addition, you can build smarter, more intent-driven workflows and enhance your automation capabilities.

  • Audio messages are handled in the Magic reply block

  • Crisp AI-powered features have been largely improved 📈
    All sources have been retrained from scratch to enhance relevance and improve responses, particularly for multi-language and complex queries. Crisp Copilot now leverages a new model that offers better performance overall. Updates in progress include retraining the Mirage reranking model with 10 times more data and improved multi-language handling. Additionally, a forthcoming model will rephrase user questions seamlessly under the hood to further enhance understanding and accuracy.

  • Crisp React Native Mobile SDK has been updated and improved 📱
    Thanks to our amazing customers, the React Native mobile SDK has been updated and is now compatible with the latest React Native versions. It also comes with a better compatibility with Expo. You can even leverage the latest iOS and Android SDKs through this updated SDK.

  • Artificial Intelligence: All models have been retrained and improved, especially for multilingual requests
