New features
- Add a subject to an email conversation created from Crisp 📥
You might have noticed but it’s now official! We’ve made it a reality. You can add a subject to an email conversation that is created from Crisp. If you didn’t know, you can create new email conversations from your Crisp inbox. Until then, you couldn’t set the subject of the conversation but you can forget about it!
Note that email subjects are now displayed inside each email conversation 🎉

- Developers can now publish paid plugins 🤑
Following the development of our marketplace, we now allow any builder, creator, or company to sell plugins to businesses using Crisp.

- Sync WHMCS Pro with Crisp Contacts to verify customers and much more 🎛
WHMCS is an all-in-one client management system from signup to termination. It is a powerful automation tool. To help our users improve their workflows, one of our customers has built WHMCS Pro, a new integration available through our marketplace. Sync contacts, Fast access to WHMCS user profiles, or even user events are displayed straight into Crisp.

Inbox: Anyone can now forward emails to Crisp
Inbox: Keyboard shortcuts have slightly changed, click here for details

Instagram: You can now disable story replies from being received into Crisp
Zoho: It now works for all locations: EU, JP, AU, and IN
Ringover: Support for voicemail has been added so it will be added to Crisp conversations
Twilio SMS: Contact details’ synchronization has been improved
WhatsApp: Phone number is now saved to the user’s profile automatically
Magic Browse: It now supports multiple tabs being opened by the same user
Helpdesk: Helpdesk import system has been improved
