New Features

  • Start a Bot scenario via the SDK 🤖
    You can now start a specific Bot scenario programmatically via the SDK. Ideal for advanced use cases where you want to trigger a bot flow based on session data or user actions. Only available on Essentials and Plus plans.

  • The React Native SDK just got a fresh new start 📱
    The React Native SDK now supports better session management and bot integration. You can trigger bot scenarios, manage segments, push custom events, and more, right from your mobile app.

  • Smart autocomplete when adding participants 👥
    In the Crisp app inbox, participant fields now autocomplete existing contacts. This makes it easier to add the right people in ongoing conversations.

  • New option to manage status notifications 🔕
    You can now disable high-priority status page alerts on Pushover. Notifications will still be sent, but with a lower priority so they don’t interrupt your flow.

Bug fixes & improvements 💪🏼

  • Inbox: Fixed a bug where uploaded files couldn’t be previewed right away
  • Inbox: Fixed a bug that caused date separators to display incorrectly depending on the user’s timezone
  • Inbox: Improved performance when handling a large volume of conversations. Faster load, smoother navigation
  • Inbox: You can now add a custom channel (plugin URN) when setting up conversation filters, triage rules, or routing rules
