A brand new Crisp desktop app is now available on macOS and Windows. It brings all the updates from Crisp V4, released end of last year. Smoother experience, better OS integration, new features and improved performance for power users.

Smarter AI, powered by new models 🧠
Crisp Copilot, Summarize and chatbot replies are now sharper and faster:
• New source system to prevent hallucinations
• Better topic detection, producing more relevant answers
• AI score now averages 7.83/10, up from 6.64

Bug fixes & improvements 💪🏼

  • Knowledge base: Helpdesk import has been improved: auto-detect article locale, restrict languages and bulk multilingual import now easier than ever.
  • Emails: Some email providers (like orange.fr, aol.com) were blocking emails if too many were sent at once. We now send them more gradually, so they get through smoothly.
  • Emails: Large email attachments are now processed faster and don’t block our email pipeline anymore.
  • Emails: Emails from certain senders (like systeme.io) didn’t arrive correctly in Crisp, everything should now be working as expected.

Helpdesk Updates 📚

WhatsApp pricing and template update
Message pricing is now based on templates, not conversation count. Country-based pricing tables have been updated, our docs and helpdesk articles reflect this new model.
