Share your Crisp wishlist for 2025 and beyond 🔮
As we’re building our very own roadmap for 2025, we’re in need of your insights.
The question is simple: “If there’s one thing that you could add to Crisp or fix in Crisp, what would it be?”
One year of new features at Crisp
Mobile chat SDKs for Android, iOS and React Native have been largely improved and updated 📱
Before February 2024, the mobile app chat support experience was lacking a few things, especially on Android. But since then, it has been largely improved and updated.
Creating an immersive support chat experience through your native mobile app is now a reality.
Using Crisp native SDKs for Android, iOS or React Native, you can embed a live support experience that enlightens your customer service experience.
Everything has been made to make it easy for your tech team to embed Crisp chat widget into your mobile app.
The software development kit comes with a handful list of features that fit with what the web chat already offers.
An AI data hub has been created to build custom AI agents 🤖
Before April 2024, AI was only trained on Crisp Helpdesk. With the AI Core update, you can now add 3 more data sources to train Crisp AI model.
Answer Snippets: the place where you’re adding content that doesn’t exist publicly but that can relate to questions your audience is asking.
Web Content: this data source is all about scrapping your website or your blog to add more knowledge about your business (think product information, or guides on how to use xyz, etc.).
Inbox Messages: this data source leverages all the previous conversations you had through Crisp to empower the AI model.
The bot builder experience has been enriched with AI-powered block ⚙️
The AI Core Update published in Avril 2024 brought artificial intelligence to every company, without any complexity.
Through Crisp Chatbot Builder, you can take advantage of a new block called “MagicReply” which can be embedded in any chatbot scenario.
Get rid of Hubspot Service Hub with the new Crisp <> Hubspot integration 🧪
In July 2024, we release a brand new integration between Hubspot and Crisp.
Everything has been thought to make sure the combination of Hubspot Sales Hub and Hubspot Marketing Hub are properly synced with Crisp. The goal of this integration is to help your company to get rid of Service Hub while using Sales Hub or Marketing Hub.
The biggest workspace redesign. Ever. 🎨
Alongside Crisp 4 Core Update published in November 2024, one thing you have noticed right away was the new Crisp design.
The user interface was crafted to bring daily users a greater sense of peace and tranquility while navigating the Crisp platform.
We hope you enjoyed this redesign as much as we did.
Get rid of long lists of keywords that used to trigger specific bot scenario 🤖
The November 2024 Core Update brought a lot of improvements, and the AI-powered Message intent bot block is one of them.
It is designed to streamline automatically how the AI understand customers’ message, based on descriptions you set.
You can now get rid of never ending lists of keywords to trigger a specific scenario.
This block includes common sample intents to help you get started and must be paired with a New User Message block (like other AI blocks) and a Condition Block for Message Intent Matches to refine message routing.
With this new addition, you can build smarter, simpler, more intent-driven workflows and enhance your automation capabilities.

Crisp Analytics have been completely redesigned and largely improved 📈
In November 2024, Crisp 4 was released. Among the major evolutions, analytics caught your attention.
With this powerful feature, companies can now dive deep into customer service performance and even build their own custom dashboards.
Sub-inboxes have changed the way you classify conversations, for ever.
Alongside Crisp 4, sub-inboxes have been one of the major evolution brought by this Core Update.
Segmenting conversations or teams has been a long-awaited feature, to make sure you can sort out your conversation, just like you would do with folders in your good old email inbox.
This capability enables various use cases, such as support escalation, department clustering, C-level inboxes, and more.
