Thanks to Crisp, you can use two different tools to hide or show the chatbox.
The first one uses JS (Javascript) and will require a few technical skills to make it work.
Using those settings will allow you to hide or show the chatbox based on the following criteria: On pages, on click on a link, on custom data, on URL parameters, and multiple other scenarios.
The second one uses your existing live chat settings that are available within your inbox.
Using those settings will allow you to hide or show the chatbox based on the following criteria: on pages, on countries, on languages, on IPs
