The estimator gives you a monthly WhatsApp cost. Choose the countries where your company is active. Then set a monthly volume for each country and each template type: marketing, utility, authentication, authentication international, and service. You then see the price for every country and the total for the month.

What is included in a WhatsApp Business message price?

A message is billed when it is delivered. The price depends on the recipient's country and the template type. These are Crisp WhatsApp rates, effective 1 October 2026, and they are separate from your Crisp subscription.

Which WhatsApp template types change the price?

Marketing, utility, and authentication templates are billed in full at the rate for the recipient's country. Authentication international is a higher rate in some countries, and that field appears only there. Service messages are free-form replies you send inside the 24-hour window that opens when a customer messages you.

Which WhatsApp messages should stay out of the estimate?

The first 1,000 service messages each month are free, and that allowance is shared across the countries you selected, in proportion to the service messages you send in each one. Messages your customers send you are free. Messages sent inside a free entry-point window, such as after a click-to-WhatsApp ad, are free too, so leave them out of your quantities.
