Who is Yoann Tasset?

With over 10 years of experience in customer relations, I have worked as Head of Care and Ops, supporting startups and scale-ups such as Showroomprivé, Schoolmouv, Theodo, Alan, Bene Bono, and Riot Security, Oeni, Whympr...).

As an Ops expert, my mission is simple: help operations teams achieve customer success goals through process structuring and automation. This involves:

  • Auditing and optimizing CX processes to streamline the customer experience.
  • Integrating AI agents and automated workflows to reduce recurring inquiries.
  • For the past two years, I have specialized in AI agent integration, particularly within applications, and I intervene at every stage to enhance the user experience.
  • Having supported over 30 companies, I’ve learned that a successful customer experience is all about creating stronger connections.
And to achieve that, we don’t just listen to customers—we help them tell a story. The story of their satisfaction, shaped by an ever-evolving, innovative service.
