Who is Yoann Tasset?

With over 10 years of experience in customer relations, I have worked as Head of Care and Ops, supporting startups and scale-ups such as Showroomprivé, Schoolmouv, Theodo, Alan, Bene Bono, and Riot Security, Oeni, Whympr...).

As an Ops expert, my mission is simple: help operations teams achieve customer success goals through process structuring and automation. This involves:

Integrating AI agents and automated workflows to reduce recurring inquiries.
For the past two years, I have specialized in AI agent integration, particularly within applications, and I intervene at every stage to enhance the user experience.
